There's something wrong with Betruger's left eye in this mod, can you please fix it? His left eye texture is missing.

I'll look into it and see if I can fix it once I have time, everything in this pack isn't mine but I wouldn't mind changing a few things in it.
EDIT: Looks like the error is also present in Arl's Improvements, it's where that Betruger model originally came from, might be better to ask Arl to fix it instead, then we can re-upload this pack with the fixed model.

Do you mean HIS right eye (left if you're looking at him)? I think that's a design choice with arguably poor execution; if I'm right then Dr. Malcolm "Left-Eye" Lopez-Betruger, can only see out of his left eye. We're to believe his right pupil is obscured or clouded by cataracts or something like that, maybe a previous injury. Could probably be fixed in textures, if you want him to have both eyes look normal.

I have found a bug with this pack. While the models are excellent, the ZSecs retain the "shadow" of the weapons they usually hold, even after death. So the Shotgunners still have a "shadow" shotgun in their hand while lying dead, same for machine gunners, and (most telling) are the pistol wielding ZSecs, who still hold a shadow of the pistol, but also the shadow of the riot shield, even if they're the variant that does not have it. Could you look into it? I'll send you screenshots if you want.

That one is bigger and also updates particles, sounds, textures, scenary, map objects and some other things I think, this one is just for props, characters and monsters that stick out the most. Think of it like a less heavy alternative. If I get around to it I might re-upload this with only the models from that pack instead.

It would be cool to have this pack updated for 2022 with the hi-def models from other mods, with some considerations:
- rule out any models with issues, only 100% working
- rule out anything that doesn't use stock-fitting textures
- choose the better models if there are competing ones
- don't include any textures for maximum compatibility
- have a separate beta addon pak(s) with the models with issues and/or those which require unique textures, with the textures included, AI upscaled if not HD
you can import .md5mesh files into blender (2.8+) after installing and enabling a plugin found on github, in order to compare meshes from this mod, phrozo2, sikkmod 1.3, doom 3 hi def (which may just be the updated models from the BFG edition, not sure) etc. which might be better than just choosing the one with the bigger filesize or poly count

Could you at some point make this compatible with the Alpha shotgun addon in the future? I kinda prefer using that shotgun to the vanilla one.

You can open the .pk4 with 7zip or winrar, then find and remove the shotgun models and material files to do this.

+1, many .pk4 files in my base folder are edited so they work together, I use 7zip and made it the default program for .pk4 and .pk4_ (what I rename paks to disable them from loading) files. Not sure about other archivers but 7zip correctly recognizes them as zip format archives and saves them correctly if you edit them, without needing to keep renaming files.

Using this Mod in combination with Redux (as well Arl's compatibility Patch, just to be sure) and Enhanced Doom, this Mod makes the Textures of the Cherubs somewhat Lowres und unkillable.
I did also removed the cherub folder via 7-zip, but the problem still exists. I don't know, what's the issue here
killmonsters console command isn't really a fix, because it's cheating and pretty much kills every Monster in the current level.

Try removing material files and see if it fixes it, removing material files also fixes black screens error in Redux mod, but I'm not sure what other side effects this might cause.

deleting the monster file in the materials folder fixed the transparent cherubs. i tried to delete just them from the file but the issue persisted. also some monitors dont display anything making some puzzles impossible. any idea how to fix this?
